Customer service over the phone was great, the ladies I talked to were super nice and friendly. The guys in the shop were much less so, final cost of my install was $100 more than what I was quoted over the phone and no one cared, the work was done and I didn't have a written quote. Another note, the signage in the shop is a bit aggressive and is probably insulting to a good amount of their customer base, but that seems intentional. Something to be aware of

In a bind, far from home, with a broken weld on our trailer. Jim personally offered to see what he could do for us and put Mike on the job. We were in and out in a few hours for a very fair price. The country would be a much better place with more people like this!

These guys are amazing. Jim and his staff will do a great job for you. They installed a flat tow setup on our jeep. But we were having some electrical feedback issues with it. Angie left no stone unturned in researching the problem and got us going right away. They are the same as over 20 years ago when Jim personally drove to the top of a mountain where my snowplow was not operating, and repaired in out in the cold. Just a great business and people to do business with.

I reached out to these people based on the manufacturer of a hitch I knew would fit my vehicle. I ordered it all by phone. I had to call back to find out they’d received the part and schedule the install. I had to call back and find out it was done. If I wanted my truck back the same day I would have had to take off work because they are only open 8-5. They did the work and took my money, they weren’t overtly rude. They did have more than a dozen far-right and intentionally offensive political signs at the service desk. Had I known before I put down a deposit I never would have given them my money. I have attached a photo of those signs. It’s obvious to me they don’t think people who disagree with them politically deserve any respect or consideration.

This is the second time I've worked with Jim Campen. Jim and the entire staff go above and beyond expectations when it comes to their installation and service. Why come to Jim Campen? You can count on what they will explain to you and their estimate is adhered to. You may be able to find someone else to do the work, BUT it will be no where near what you receive from Jim and his staff. They installed the electrical hook up needed on my 2017 BMW X5 that already had a Class III reese type hitch without electric hook ups. I must say, when I looked at the the finished product, you could not tell that was not a factory install. They welded the 7-pole plug receptacle to the side of the receiver. It looks just like it had been installed at the factory. They even painted it. Thanks to Jim
