I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership, and after everything that happened this week, I feel compelled to share it. I spent the entire week trying to get my GMC serviced here. Every time I called, I received completely different information about pricing and availability. I was told to "call back in 10 minutes", repeatedly. No one seemed aligned, and I could not get a straight answer. The inconsistency and lack of organization were incredibly frustrating.
