These guys are nothing but scammers. They don’t get you the cheapest insurance like they supposedly do and also their staff, especially the receptionist is extremely rude. They thought they were going to pull a fast one on me and my family by almost tripling our payments when we did nothing wrong. We were platinum members and that doesn’t mean anything to these guys. If anything, that just means it’s more expensive and we had liability. Tried saying that my car, an almost 20 yr old sedan $1,000 for 6 months to insure it for just liability. But yet I just went to State Farm and it’s only $300 for 6 months. My payments went from $350 down to $100 since I went Glenn Goad at State Farm. I switched insurance companies to get cheaper insurance. I didn't get that, because I bought a new car. However, the VIN was entered wrong into the system and the tag offoce/clerks offoce/ tennesee department of transportation, and I have been going around for over 3 weeks to get it straight.
