We have a 2023 ,2500 diesel gmc sierra - a work truck not used often. It has 15,000 miles on it. Yesterday in north Georgia the truck began shuddering when brakes were applied and the brake pedal also shuddered too. We managed to get it to the place we are staying. It is definitely under warranty. No repair for at least 2-2 1/2 weeks. No rental truck so we can work until repairs begun. The worse thing is they just didn’t care. So my advice is to never spend 92,000 on a gmc truck and expect anything if something goes wrong. With that amount of money spent, with ANY amount of money spent- you should expect quick, reliable service with respect given when under warranty. We will NEVER buy a GMC again. I had an appointment early in the morning and I work overnights. so I was not able to sleep before dropping off my vehicle. The blonde woman who was supposed to help me was completely rude and unprofessional. She made me feel like a complete low life. Then after diagnosing my vehicle they wanted $1000 to fix what they found however after calling around, every other shop within a 15 mile radius wanted less than half that.

For an oil change and tire rotation was good.

Still waiting to get my car fixed. They have made it very difficult for me, as I am a senior citizen and care for my 💯% Disabled Veteran husband who is in a wheelchair and for me to get him to his many doctor appointments I need to use our only van that has been converted for his wheelchair. So the lady told me to bring it in on a Monday & I could pick it up on Friday so I made arrangements but when I went back Friday it was not ready. They had put some parts on & offered to take them off because we had 3 doctors appointments the following week. So I had to have the van & told them that I would call back to make another appointment but come to find out from my Alfa Insurance they had sent my parts back!! So now I'm waiting still for the reordered parts! This has been going on since the wee
