Employees were very nice and very helpful. Just wish the app worked better and I can make appointments for service online. It is much easier than calling as I work long hours and sometimes it is hard to get to the phone to make calls. But other than that, happy with experience

My camry wouldn't start because the antenna coil died. Had it towed here and the lack of communication from the service department is insane. I had to call multiple times a day for 5 days, leave messages, and never recieved any return calls. I had to show up everyday for 5 days straight looking for answers. Everyone in the service department pawns the problem on someone else and when you ask for a manager they just waste your time (never came). When I finally got my car back it had dirty hand prints all over the inside. Repair was way overpriced.
