I recently bought a car here and had the pleasure of working with Karl—he was wonderful! The entire process was incredibly quick and efficient. Karl was excellent at getting me the right price and right vehicle. He went through all the features of the vehicle in great detail, ensuring I understood everything before driving off. The car itself was spotless and in fantastic condition. If you are looking for a great deal and a smooth, professional buying experience, ask for Karl! He is a true professional.
Don’t purchase a vehicle from here. The sales part was great but definitely not worth it if when you do have problems with a new vehicle, they treat you poorly. Place had my car for over 3 weeks, and I got it back with the same noise/issue. Went in telling them I think my R side passenger bearing is bad, mind you this is a 2024 compass with around 24,000 miles. Initially wouldn’t even give me a loaner, but eventually did. After 3 weeks and hearing nothing, we went in to figure out what was going on and they said oh yea she needs new rotors. Never did they call me about that and Crystal said the car had been done since the previous week, but she couldn’t call because she was out that week. She didn’t call me til Thursday of the next week so 3 days she said nothing to me. She calls saying it
I am writing this to warn others about the extreme lack of competence at this service center. My vehicle was held here for 145 days due to service transmission and limited performance. My Jeep wrangler would not go over 45mph. During that time, I was given constant excuses, experienced poor communication, and felt like my vehicle was never a priority. After nearly half a year of waiting with no results. I received a call saying it was my recall clutch that they originally put in, and they needed to be approved from warranty for a second recall. I had my Jeep for 43 hours and a service transmission notification came across my screen and my Jeep instantly lost speed and would not go over 45mph. I didnt want to walk into another dealership. Previously had bad experiences. But had a positive experience with Kyle and the whole process. The price was right so had to buy my 2020 Laramie. Had a issue a few days later. Brian the manager was right on it, had it taken care of the following day and had it back to me that day. I would definitely buy again and recommend highly. UPDATE. AFter 30 days i had to take my ram in for squealing and tire pressure sensor. They gave me a loaner. After 30 days I finally got my truck back. Working with Karl Pierce was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I called and spoke to him he went above and beyond to find the jeep we wanted in our price range. We went to see it on the same day and ended up leaving the dealership with a new jeep and lease! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. I would highly recommend both Karl and Jim Riehl’s to anyone! We will be a customer for life!
