Suburban Ford of Romeo Service

I will give them 5 STARS for my first issue great service. Had my 2020 ford escape in for a tail light issue, I had Ian as my service rep. He was very nice and would call me with updates on what was happening with my lights. It took a couple of days but was still nice to know that they fixed the issue. I would give them 2 STARS for not returning my call. My only issue is that after i got my car back the bottom skid plate started tio comer off and drag under my car. I called there service 2 times and have not received a call back. I ended up going to a oil change place and they partially secured it. been 3 days and no return call.

Alphonso and Josie were great to work with from start to finish. Found the exact truck my Husband was looking for and took great care of us from start to finish. A few days after he got his truck, he had an issue with connecting his truck and his Ford Pass. They promptly took care of getting my husband a rental when it had to be kept to be fixed. Highly recommend the business overall for a new or lease car purchase. They take good care of their customers!!

Took my vehicle in for a recall notice, oil change and Fordpass that was not working. My vehicle was with service department for almost ten days as a part had to be approved and ordered. After four days without our vehicle, we called and asked for a rental vehicle and they provided us with one until our vehicle was ready. Service went well and everything works great. My only complaint was that they had my vehicle for ten days and our only updates were when we called to inquire.

Best dealership in the area who cares about there customers. They go the extra mile to take care of you and your family. Keep up the good work Romeo Ford.

My vehicle had a major recall involving the engine. Iain, the Service Writer Technician, explained all the steps necessary to make the repair. He was extremely helpful. The estimate to repair was 2-3 weeks but was completed in 10 days. Thank you for the swiftness in completing the repair. Vehicle runs like new!
