Shaun was great when getting a second opinion on my vehicle. I got consistent calls and messages. I have had service done here previously and it was perfect.

The old lady at the desk that takes your payment after your car is serviced does not know what she is doing. Got charged twice all because she didn’t know what she was doing. This happened to me twice of all the times I’ve been to the dealership. Seemed as if she did it purposely and didn’t even apologize. I asked some basic questions before she took my payment and I think she got annoyed because of that. Note, it was my first time at the dealership. Everyone else was polite and friendly, just that lady wasn’t. Not a pleasant experience towards the end. Need younger well trained people working there.

Online scheduler does not work. I had to make three appoints before they were able to complete my recall work. They misplaced my keys, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car back. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I experienced very friendly staff. A nice waiting room, good coffee! I got a text the day before reminding of appointment. Also got a text while in the waiting room that allowed me to text back if I needed anything. They also gave my car a quick wash which was nice and unexpected. I recommend them!

The dealer call us up on Thursday night we agreed to a price got a loan went to pick it up Friday . Thursday night they sold the car from under us . WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANY RHIELS DEALER !
