West Main Auto never disappoints. We just had our car inspected, oil change and a couple minor things. Not only were they super efficient in getting it done, but half the cost of the dealer. And, even better, friendly and very customer driven. Thanks for another great experience!

I tried to call and schedule an appointment over the phone as I’ve heard good things about this shop, however the woman on the phone was extremely rude and answered my questions with such condescension that I will be searching elsewhere for help with my vehicle. I can’t speak to the quality of their services, but if it’s anything like the way Michelle talks to her potential clients over the phone, I’d steer far away.

$10 for airing up my tires. Pathetic and I'll never step foot in your shop again!! Edit: Is that why ALL of your competitors in the area did it for free? Its a road SAFETY issue, not an opportunity to profit from it, especially when nobody was even doing anything. Still pathetic!!
