Just genuine honesty and professionalism. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that actually makes sense, and he only recommends services that are needed. As a woman, that has definitely not always been my experience elsewhere, and it makes a huge difference. Just had my car serviced by Jimmy. What a great experience! Very honest and fair. I am glad to have found someone I can trust with my vehicles. Will be going back for any -fixit needs. Just had another amazing experience with Jiminy-Fixit. My 1998 Roush Mustang was not blowing cool air when AC was turned on. I called Jimmy on Monday afternoon and explained my situation. He asked if I could bring it in Tuesday at 2 PM. I eagerly agreed. Took it in this afternoon and they got right on it. Recharged AC and included dye in the event it is also leaking fluid and requires additional correction I was in and out in just over an hour. It is now producing ice cold air! Keep in mind this auto service shop is booked up weeks in advance due to the service and quality of work at Jiminy-Fixit. J

Jimmy is great- tries hard to fix not just replace parts. Reasonable, dependable, honest. Will offer alternatives to most expensive fix.

My car's transmission stopped shifting correctly, and vehicle hesitated starting. Jimmy quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately made necessary repairs, and my car is once again running perfectly. He is not only a knowledgeable mechanic, he is honest and and friendly. 5 STAR

Top notch establishment. Owner is a master mechanic who is very honest, polite, and does amazing work. Owner has worked on several of my cars and even told my husband and I when it was time to replace a vehicle rather than fix. Amazing addition to the McCormick community! Highly recommended.
