McCormick Tire & Oil

Early today I went to McCormick tire to see about putting Freon in my automobile. Willie was the gentleman that waited on me. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. Told me to go to carquest and buy two cans of Freon and they would put it in for me. I bought it and Willie put it in my air conditioning unit. It didn't get real cold and they recommend that I go and buy another can which I did brought it back they did put that third can in and it worked perfectly. When I asked them how much it would be they told me the price which I did ask before all the started but I was surprised by the amount that they said I owed them. I felt teary because I had been quoted $1,500 from another place and then $250 from another place. All together for what I paid for the freon and their cost to insta

I had a flat tire while picking up my child from school. I called them and they came, got the rim and came back with a replacement tire within an hour. I highly recommend them. Great prices, great attitudes, great service.

So today I had a load of cabinets we were delivering and my son had a blowout in our truck. I called several businesses and no one would help me.When I called McCormick Tire and battery he said we will be there in 20 minutes.They took our tire off took it back to their shop and brought me a new tire all within a hour.Absolutely amazing customer service and now I have a new friend Willie !

While visiting the state parks in the area, I started to hear a grinding noise coming from the front of my truck. I pulled over and found this shop open and only a couple miles away. I limped my truck over, they quickly found that a caliper bolt fell out and was making the grinding noise. They went and got me a new bolt and installed it. They also checked the others for peace of mind. Great service. Quick turn around. In and out under 30 mins. Thank you gentlemen!

Courteous, Professional and Knowledgeable: I was met by Sly near closing time on a hot Saturday afternoon. They quickly found the culprit nail and two other possibles. Patches the hole and verified the other two were not leaking. Remounted the wheel and back out in 30 min!
