JIMMY JONES AUTO REPAIR

I took my car in for brakes. I noticed immediately something was wrong. I have no brakes, pedal to the floor and grinding. I got someone else to look at it since they refused. The pads were put on backward. This is a mechanic error and they refused to even look at my car. Now I need a new rotor, brakes and have to pay labor again. My car was fine before any work was done. They are refusing to fix this saying brakes aren't under warranty since I purchased elsewhere. So is the work not under warranty either? Cause my car was fine prior to this service. Do not recommend!!!

I recently got the A/C fixed in my car and had the best experience. They even went out of their way to contact me while they had my car, talked me through the issues they found, and explained what they were going to do to fix it so I had a full understanding. They did replace a few parts that needed fixed, but, they didn't really correct them after it they replaced them. The realignment was sloppy, steering wheel is almost at the 9 o'clock position and veers to the right when before I brought it in continued straight without my hands on the wheel. They did replace my front brake pads, but they didn't bleed my lines (told them I have to pump the brakes to regain pressure) but they only replaced the front pads. Got it back home, and realized they left the brake reservoir unplugged so I wouldn't notice that the brake light on the dash would still be on once I plugged it back in. I also told them that I wanted the very end of the exhaust isnt attached because it's just dangling over the frame, he said he took care of it when we was in the main

I go to Jimmy's for just about anything that I can't do myself, he's an honest man he's not like some mechanics going to make up stuff to charge you more, even if you're a woman he treats everybody the same and I know some mechanics take advantage of women but that's why I go to him because he's not like that I can send my wife to take something over for me at any time don't have to worry about it, he's a hard-working man and he's taught me a lot about cars too but all in all just a great place to take your car and someone to trust just do not use no profanity he does not like that and I don't blame him it's kind of disrespectful and I understand that but if you have any needs for an auto mechanic he's the guy to go to I promise he'll treat you right he's honest he won't charge you for thi
