Hands down best shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They got my estimate and my car fixed within a two week turnaround time (would’ve been less if my adjuster didn’t take days to respond). Heidi took the reins and handled everything for me. She kept me updated every step along the way and was SO sweet and knowledgeable. My car looks better than it did before I hit a deer. I am beyond impressed. I can’t recommend them enough.

As the photos show, this was a huge job to return this car to mint condition and we had a serious time frame that it was needed for the owner for travel. The shop crew and Heidi made the transition from ruined to fix in record time and helped with all insurance contacts. The team at Jim's did an awesome job fixing some dents and scratches on my Trax before I needed to turn it back in off lease. They even washed and waxed the vehicle before giving it back to me. This is the only body shop I'd recommend.
