Jim is a good man who runs a honest business. My son who was going back to school in Tallahassee, I wanted to make sure his vehicle would make it there and back. Originally asked for a tranmission spill and fill also an oil change. I asked him to check over the vehicle as well. He suggested front brake pads, valid 50,000 miles. But never tried to sell me rear brakes nor rotors. He took the front rotors and spun them in his brake lathe. Huge savings. I won't tell you the price because I think it was too cheap

Got 3 prices from around Naples to replace my AC Compressor. $2300, $1400 and Jim’s Automotive was the best by almost $400.00. Honest and trustworthy, my go to guy for all my automotive repairs. 5 stars from me.

Jim is a very honest man, and has been fair with me in any dealings I have had with Him. I have been going to him for several years. I had an older Jimny SUV, and was not able, at the time, to afford a newer car. He fixed my two front doors on it, was over $100.00 less than another place someone told me to go to. He fixed an oil leak, and has done several other repairs to my vehicle. His work and the gentleman working with him has always, not only done excellent work, but have always been very nice, shown respect, and not taken advantage of me because I happen to be a woman, and I say that because it has truly happened to me on more than one occasion.
