Such excellent service at Jim's Body Shop. Whitney was always so kind on the phone and was happy to take care of our needs and answer any questions I had. The work was completed very promptly and looks exactly as it did before the damage. Feels as though they went above and beyond on service. Surely will recommend and return for any future body work needs.

I stopped by Jim's for an estimate and was in and out in just 10 minutes. I brought my car back on Monday, and they had the work finished by 3 PM. The entire process was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was honest, friendly, and efficient and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I took my Mustang here to get an aftermarket spoiler installed. My Mustang did not come with a spoiler from the factory, so some drilling was required into the trunk and it wasn't something I personally felt comfortable doing, so I decided to take it to Jim's. I'm very glad I did. They had the car for a couple days, which is to be expected. I came short notice and they had other jobs they were doing, and while it wasn't the type of work they were used to, they were happy to take the job. The upon receiving the finished product, the quality was amazing. The spoiler is perfectly centered and does not move. Additionally, they fitted rubber pieces to the inside of the trunk where they drilled to installed the screws, so the job looks clean and tidy. If I have any more body work that I want

So refreshing to have a low stress place that is flexible in their options. We were getting some very high quotes for an older car that we didn't necessarily want fixed to perfection. We just get the body adjusted so it works a little better. Many places gave no options except fully replacing all the parts. At Jim's, they immediately fixed the most immediate concern and then gave us extremely reasonable price quotes to help it look a little better moving forward without requiring a full replacement and full return to perfection. This is exactly what we were hoping for and their customer service exceeded expectations.
