I rented a U-Haul from Jim's Body Works on 617 Pratt St., Niles, OH. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a last minute move to help a friend and Jim made the whole moving experience very simple, fast and had choice size of trucks to choose from over the phone. He explained difference prices and mileage choices depending on day of week. Just took minutes to sign up and he personally walked to truck with us to show us cost efficiency on gear shift to switch button from tow to normal pull to save money. He thoroughly went through the process of opening tailgate and properly locking it again plus demonstrated the steps to using ramp correctly showing us how to lock ramp when not in use so it doesn't come lose and drag behind truck.
