Great shop for Maserati maintenance! Mickey and his team do a phenomenal job, and provide great detailed information about your vehicle. Definitely my go-to spot in Albuquerque!

This guy $5-6k to repair my Mercedes! I found out what the true problem is ! Don’t waste your money with Automative Elec___ Spec___or this place. Google G7 computers !! They repair your engine computer at the most reasonable price I have ever heard of and sends back the parts in 1 day !! All the best to you , just trying to save you more money than you need to spend. Do your research and LEARN!

Mickey is just an overall solid guy: he always provides clear, understandable diagnostics, solutions, and goes above and beyond to provide additional options and resources to remedy whatever might be the issue. I’ve never encountered hidden fees or felt I was being yanked around like with so many other mechanics. As far as I know, Jim’s is the only shop that will even touch Maseratis in Albuquerque, and they do so at a very fair price (cheaper than dealerships in the country).

Mickey is the quintessential example of having "a guy" for fixing your car. "My sprinter van goes into limp mode randomly, I better bring it in to my guy". "Van dies out at 40 mph, better bring it to my guy". It always gets fixed and often times, the needed repair is different than what I had assumed it to be.

This is an odd review. I had some trouble with my Mercedes’ sprinter. I called to see if they had knowledge of how to fix it and the for sure new exactly what was wrong. I spoke with Mickey and he was extremely helpful. Pretty much diagnosed the problem on the phone and then told me to call the dealer. It might be covered by our warranty. He then did all the research and found out it was under warranty and called me to let me know. So we did not use their services but their customer service is unreal and I bet their work is even better. Thank you.
