Jim's Import Auto Salvage

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jim Imports Auto Parts, and I must say, it was well worth the 2+ hour drive. Mr. White provided exceptional service, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The store itself is stunning, more like a luxury resort than an auto parts shop. The quality of the parts I purchased was outstanding, truly the best bang for the buck. I’m grateful for the excellent service and fantastic products. A final note: their pet cat is the most beautiful cat I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended!

I bought a used Honda Fit 2009 that was having a terrible racket from the right front suspension -- was determined to be defective strut. I found that Jim's had the part but I live in MS so shipping cost would be high. But Jason (person I talked with) recommended another salvage yard closer to me in MS and that turned out to have exactly what I needed and much closer as well. I phoned Jason to thank him but told him I'd post my impression at the web site which is what this is. Very nice people there, I would have had no issues buying from them had they been closer to me. THANKS JASON!

i went to another auto salvage where i was told they had the part that needed, i called the store at least 5 times to confirm they had it, after that, we drove 2 hours and 15 minutes to get there and they made a mistake with the model of my car, after that they went to look for the part and they had it but it wasn't in a good condition, i just lost my time and gasoline just giving them one star because i have to.

Meet up with Jason on a weekend to made the deal happen, he was very fair, honest and accommodating! The parts did have some paint damage rated ( A grade 0 hrs labor to repair parts ) that was not disclosed till I got there which is why the 4 of 5 stars but otherwise I would definitely do business with them again!
