Jim's Pro Auto

Nephew had power transfer unit go out on his Ford while he was visiting. We Worked with technicians to get part at good price and put back into service as quick as possible. Appreciated getting it done in reasonable time and price!

I am not sure how this place received so many great reviews. They had our truck there for 4 months, just to fix an exhaust leak! Kept coming up with excuses-said they would call and we would always have to call them! They over charged for something that was their mistake so they charged us twice for it??! Ridiculous! Will not recommend them to anyone!

Could not be happier with the experience we had with Jim's Pro Auto. Our car broke down in Osage Beach, MO on our way home to Oklahoma City. Jim's Pro quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our car for an affordable price, allowing us to get back on the road quickly. As we told people in town that we were working with Jim's, everyone said the same thing: "They are a good mechanic and they will take great care of you." They were exactly right, and we would not hesitate to use them again if we were ever in the area. We appreciate the entire team for how well they took care of us!

In general I am very skeptical about auto mechanics in this area. I've ran into a few, let us say, not very honest or fairly good but likes to over charge for their services. Jim's was very fair & upfront with costs, doesn't charge extra for parts (inflate cost of parts for profit). Communicates very well, and treats customers with respect. I will definitely use his shop for my future mechanic needs. If I could rate this shop higher, I would.

Had an antifreeze leak at lunch time on Friday while visiting the lake. Other shops said they could see me next week but Jim’s said come on by. Very good service, quick check, fixed and in my way in 20 minutes for a fair price.
