Standing in line for 10 minutes no help. Gonzo paged to get help up at front counter nothing. Gonzo had to walk back to the manager office im guessing as he was there just visiting with someone come on ppl do better

Outstanding service! My headlight went out tonight and the gentleman working there put new ones in for me. He definitely needs a raise. Thank you for being a hero today!

We were there with faulty trailer lights and it was like working out of my garage , only more expensive , in and out to buy different wiring , electrical connectors, tools , tape , etc . The store gets high marks because the counterman was humorous and helpful , making a frustrating job in the cold and dark night a little more entertaining. Now I have more parts and tools to put in my garage but I'm not complaining , at least not as much as I was last night.

Came in for bikefest. Battery went out on my truck. Bob the store manager was an awesome help. Loaned the tools to change it and then did most of the changing himself. Great job.

I’ve been received pleasantly at the O’Reillys store in Osage Beach often. A young associate named Jackson spent an inordinate amount of time freeing up my dead, corroded battery pleasantly and professionally. His efforts were beyond any service I've experienced anywhere. He had an extremely positive attitude when I was giving up on it. He is an exemplary ambassador for your store! Thanks to him I know I saved a very expensive trip to a dealer! As an educator for 35 years, he has renewed my faith in our upcoming youth. Jim Stranz
