I have so many complaints with this company. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.. To start everything off, I was referred to them to get my camber adjustment. After the truck sat up for 2-3 days, the manager first stated they were unable to do it with the condition of my tires. Then he asked me to allow for a few more days and he will rotate and balance my tires for me. Got a call saying everything was done. 4 weeks later, my truck started veering off to the right every time I hit the breaks. Took it back to them, they test drove, took the tire off, and showed me how loose my camber was and told me to go back to the guy who did my lift kit “immediately”. So after getting on the interstate, I get honked and flagged down from someone letting me know my tire was loose and wobbling. I had to pull

wife's car was shaking violently in the FRONT end they told her it was a bent rim on the REAR end?? They rotated tires on driver side charged $200 to mount and balance one tire and didn't even rotate tires on passenger side after mounting...wound up having to take to a different shop to have front cv axle replaced…

Customer service is great and they are not slow when it comes to getting what you need done. Highly recommended

I was quoted one price and once I returned the following day it was another price with no explanation. Every service light was on on the dash board. I brought my car back because it was closing time. The next morning spoke with him about everything. The person in charge said it would be fixed. He called me at 4:58 pm and said he didn’t fix it. I picked my car up and haven’t returned. I’m now having to pay again to get it repaired. I used this business before and had excellent service. A new person is in charge and it definitely shows.

Went in today with a used vehicle I bought a few days ago that had a bit of a shake at 70 mph, and although they were busy, Greg let me know he would get me taken care of. One of the things I noticed in the waiting room was that everyone that comes in seemed to be repeat customers and everyone was treated nicely and they all seemed happy when they left. This says a lot about a shop. He took care of my vehicle and the process was more than fair for the amount of time they took and I left there pleased with the service and treatment. I would highly recommend Jim’s Tire Company.
