Great experience. They diagnosed a suspension issue (bad ball joints) that was causing my alignment to be off and worked directly with my warranty company (Endurance) to get the major work covered. They also bundled the alignment and tie rod replacement for a very fair price. Honest crew, good communication, and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Highly recommended!

Great first experience here, and fully intend to return in the future. I had a piece of metal puncture one of my tires, and due to circumstances at the time I wasnt able to take it up to the original store I bought them from that included the roadside warrenty right then so I plugged it. After some driving, the tire had started losing pressure again, and when I was refilling it the plug blew out. Took the wheel off and went up to original store and was told that once I had attempted to plug it, they would no longer patch/repair. Thankfully a friend had recommended Jim's, took it up there and in less than 30 minutes had it patched from the inside and brought back over ready for me to head home. The staff was all very polite and friendly and received excellent service and reasonable price

I Paid them $400 + for a valve cover gasket replacement one year ago and it’s already leaking. I still have receipts to prove it. If I say I just changed the cabin filter myself for $9 don’t try to upsell me another one for $20.

10 out of 10 absolutely would recommend they have the best prices in town the fastest service I have ever seen the representatives were so knowledgeable and explained everything to a T I had all four tires replaced so that was balanced mounted and put back on my car in less than an hour
