Great experience with Jim's Towing. I got stuck on lookout pass and they arrived within an hour to come get me out for $300. Maybe a little pricey but arrived quickly and got the job done. Was able to drive back down with guidance from the driver. Note: I asked over the phone for an estimate on the cost and the lady said "$299.19" for the service. Costed $299.21 at the end of the day, which I jokingly called a scam to the driver
Jim's Towing is absolutely a life saver! Prompt, respectful, caring! My tow truck driver 'Brogan' he was great! He went the extra mile and was able to grab something from the vehicle and bring it back to town, so I had it! I'd recommend this company 10/10
Sean was my driver today and was great communicated when he reached my vehicle and delivered it to where it needed to go. I appreciated his timely service and communication.
