My boyfriend & I broke down on the way from Oregon to Montana. (Never did make it) Our serpentine belt snapped and we had nothing to fix it, the store was closed. So when we were able to go in on Monday, the managers son, (we forgot to get his name, we’re sorry!) was super friendly & let us use his tools. He even helped my boyfriend with the assembly for no reason other than being a good guy. We tried to give him some money and he more or less refused. We would’ve been stuck there a lot longer If he didn’t help. Great place, great service.

This is the worst parts store in the area. Go to Stovern or O'Reilly's. NAPA has given me the wrong part a few times, the parts seem to wear out faster than they should, meaning I have to buy the same thing again a year or two later, and this location seems to hire people that know absolutely nothing about cars. Today when I called in, I said I needed a part for the passenger side of my car. the lady who answered asked if that was the right side or the left side of the car. Seriously!?!? From what perspective? Driving? Staring at it from the front? I have been asked some dumb questions that don't make sense. Both times the old guy with glasses gave me the wrong part, he stood there arguing with me that it was correct until the SKU was checked and it was found he pulled the wrong box comp
