J&J Auto Repair & Tires

This was my first experience with J & J Auto Repair and Tires, but it surely won't be the last! On a Friday evening I realized that I needed brakes...front and rear. I called J & J Auto Repair and Tires around noon on Saturday and they could get me in on Saturday! The price was decent, so I hurried right over. It's not a white glove organization, but they sure know what they're doing in the automotive area. As my wheels were being removed, the service man explained everything to me. I was extremely pleased with his attention to detail in explaining what would be done, and why. Erica in the office professionally kept me informed as things progressed. I am well-pleased with J & J, and will return when my next need arises.

I suddenly found myself with a flat tire and directly outside of their business. I went in to the office at 5 o’clock at night. They were so kind and got right to fixing my tire. It was extremely Reasonably priced And fast. I will definitely be back for oil changes and any other needs. I highly recommend this location.

So yesterday I was suppose to get my a/c fixed in my car I dropped my car off not even 30 minutes later they said my key fell off when they broked my whole dang key now I’m out of 500 dollars for a new key that these people broked you think I’m taking my car back heck no because they will most likely mess up your car I wouldn’t recommend going here. Wish I can give zero stars.pitiful workers and that lady in the office knew exactly what I told her about my key

Stopped in for tire rotation and balance. Girl at the front desk was very pleasant. The young man got right to work on my car and I was out of there in 45 minutes. VERY reasonable prices. I will definitely be back when the need for auto repair arises. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the mechanic was bilingual so I could ask him directly my concerns instead of relaying everything to front desk woman. But I will not let that keep me from coming back. I forgot to mention that I asked for an estimate for a tune up and the price of 2 new tires comparable to the tires I currently have. The estimate was better (by far) than the one I got from another local repair shop. PLUS these guys offer financing thru a third party which is wonderful especially with the economy the way it is right no
