Been coming here for a year or two now. Had some concerns recently and the GM addressed them personally. Johnny thank you for listening to my concerns and addressing them without being defensive. Sometimes the difference is just understanding where someone is coming from. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! We all know it’s hard to find a good mechanic, but even harder to find someone you feel cares. They truly do.

They even remembered customers by name, which says a lot about this local business. They were honest and fair, helped me with the cost of a new tire that wasn’t safe to drive on, and did a full inspection with a clear report and photos. No pressure, just straight-up honesty. Noah was awesome — friendly, professional, and very informative. I’ll definitely be back for all my auto needs. Highly recommend!

If you need a reliable mechanic shop, give JJ Auto a try. Noah is one of the best advisors to deal with. He listens actively, responds accordingly, and advocates for you. I have had a lot of work done on my chevy cruze by them a few years ago. Anything that was warrantied by them was honored with no problem. Another key guy i just met on this trip is Johnny. Noah and Johnny are incredible! I came in close to close time with a bad grinding sound coming from my brakes. They welcomed me and assured me they would get me and my vehicle taken care of the same day! They took me into their service area and showed me that my rear brakes were metal to metal. Thank you guys for staying late and making sure I was safe on the road!
