J&J Body Shop & Automotive

I had a great experience with J&J Body Shop & Automotive. My car was damaged on passenger side front end. They had to replace fender, hood, headlight and work on front bumper. The paint job was done very well. They additionally painted later some parts to install it on the hood. They match perfect the color. I’m very satisfied with the shop. Great customer service. Thank you.

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Charlie Jackson is truly outstanding. He made the entire repair process smooth, stress free, and incredibly easy from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure every detail was handled with care. The body shop did a phenomenal job my car honestly looks even better than new! I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Charlie, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into such a seamless one. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized!

J&J is hands down the best shop around. They’ve taken great care of my car for years. Amazing service, extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable professionals. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Apparently, my car is a magnet to be hit because I’ve been to J&J‘s body shop three times now. And each experience has been superb. Customer service is amazing. They work well with insurance and the rental car company down the street. Very convenient. Quality work and very timely manner.

Their communication is horrible. Some of the repairs were done to perfection. Yet, some of what they did, I'm in disbelief at the out come. I think its a hit or miss with them. When it's good, it's good. However, when it's not it's not.
