Jeremy was awesome! We were on a business trip from MO to FL driving through and had a car problem. I just started calling people to see if they could fit us in, but everyone was busy since it was Saturday afternoon. Jeremy had a full shop as well. But right away he was trying to do his best to help us. He took the time to look at our vehicle and did what he could so we could continue driving. Even when we were on the road again he continued to help us as well as he could! If we were local THIS would be the shop we would go to every time! He knows what he’s talking about!

Provided initial diagnostic and DIY advice over the phone for my wife to see if we could fix the problem ourselves first, then directed us to the correct parts for brake pad replacement, and met at the end their very reasonable quote for labor, without exceeding it or surprising us with sketchy new costs. JJ and Matt were honest, quick workers, polite and light-hearted in banter, and kept things tidy. They were professional and clear in their communication, and my wife and I felt we could trust them through the whole experience from first calling to settling the invoice. I am glad we took a chance on trying this small business! I would recommend at least giving them a call before playing the franchise/dealer game.
