Neal Tire & Auto Service

We ordered tires on a Monday, and set an appointment for Thursday to have them installed. They called Tuesday morning saying if we could bring our car and drop it off they would have them done that afternoon. We picked our car back up about 2 hours later. We had a great experience.

Terrible Liars!! Tell you lies lies lies. They want to keep your car a few days and 3 hours to 8 for your oil change. Then insist on changing oil gasket when it was replaced less than 6 months before. To have a bigger leak and not put my air plugs back in my new tire. Even after you arrived early for your appointment. Their friends and family or anyone they want to look at you’ll get right in but people in the community who try to buy close to home. They Don’t Care!!!! Lies told my mom she needed all new wheel bearings all around 1400.00 next mechanic said definitely no problems. not the community expensive thins are wrong with your car. Crooks!!!!

Had a flat they were all booked up but still got me in last minute. Great service thanks a bunch!

I’m not surprised this place has amazing reviews! Phenomenal staff. They helped me out so much and I couldn’t be more grateful! There really is still good people in the world.

If you don't want damage done to your car do not take it there. The mechanics are young and don't value your business. They have damaged my alloy wheels with their too aggressive tire removal, put a big scratch on my hood and forgot one of the lugnuts and for some reason it now takes two people to pop the hood. 😐 My car is my "baby".
