Joe, front desk person, very nice and kind. Called and reported all work being done. They also use a text system to advise and approve repairs, pretty impressed with this system. Two problems I had, one a/c system loses air, replaced leaking hose recharged system. Total about $550. Second problem is a suspension issue left side, obviously when in the shop they could duplicate but they inspected my suspension and test drove with Bob, noise never repeated, crap. Anyway Bob said suspension is good. Inspection costed $22. Would I recommend shop, the answer is yes.

Words just cannot express the absolute and complete joy I have in seeing my husband in his truck. After the truck had been sitting for more than 20 years, J &J Tire & Service was able to get the engine purring like a kitten! Donald, the mechanic who worked his magic, along with the entire J & J Team, was absolutely outstanding! Their teamwork has definitely made the dream of getting my husbands truck up and running work!! The truck is a 1997 GMC 350 engine! Wow!

Recently had my timing belt replaced. Great price and exceptional service. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. What else can you ask for?
