I was able to make an appointment quickly and easily over the phone. Service was prompt and people were friendly. The waiting are was chilly but comfy. I needed an alignment and their Groupon made them the stand out best deal. Now that I know them , I’ll definitely be back for other service

Communication was very good, I received updates daily. Was notified but not pressured to purchase anything that wasn’t an immediate need. Stayed within my budget and the work was done in a timely fashion, happy with the results so far

They were great. Thought I needed a new tire but instead they said i needed a patch. Some businesses would take advantage of that sale but they were honest with me and explained I only needed a patch job. Keith was very nice and pleasant.

Awesome shop. I've brought two cars here for a wheel alignment and they did a great job both times. The staff also notified me about my tires being worn without trying to upsell me on them. Very straightforward and communicative, definitely recommend.

I ordered tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to J&M. I made an appointment for installation as well as alignment and battery check. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and had the work done the day after my tires were delivered. I'm happy with the communication and the work was done well. I highly recommend J&M!
