Please please please don’t go there , I’m a honest customer who went there for a box truck and everything was fine until Until I got halfway home which was an hour away, and I called and called and called for them to reply because the check engine light was blinking fast , no one got back to me literally for two weeks later after the truck had to get towed home I’m literally financing it, come to find out the whole engine had metal at the bottom so when I drove home, it basically shut off it could not drive anymore , The owner sent me 2000 via Zelle which did not even cover parts when the mechanic did the diagnostic come to find out? Bought a work van from this place and right off the bat I had a problem with the transmission. Anthony took care of the problem right away and assured me that he will take care of it. So i waited a few months before giving a review to see what kind of vehicle it was gunna turn out And i gotta see they sold me a great car I had do to some usuall PM like brakes and rotors And a set of tires for the rear but tbh i would trust it to go to Florida and back I met Jmac just wish he had a better attitude when it comes to car sales I would come back to this dealer👍

We had a great experience with Jmac Imports. Marcos was the salesperson I dealt with starting with my original call about a car I saw online. He was very helpful, and very honest throughout the process, and he sent me a carfax in a matter of minutes. Used car dealers generally have a bad reputation as being dishonest, hiding dealer fees, and of course the old bait and switch routine. Not here! Marcos and his manager Jim (from Brooklyn....sorry Jim I meant BRONX!!) were the complete opposite. They were responsive, honest, accommodating, and easy to work with. The dealership is not fancy. Its essentially a warehouse near the end of a side street. But the service and responsiveness and honesty make this place shine. The car was exactly as described, and we bought it for a great price.

Bought an EV with a good price. The workers were nice and the owner/sales experience was honest. No b.s. add-on fees, just straight add-on (average documentation fee) that was already stated on the website. There was a tire problem that I found out after signed the contract. I believe they did not know about it either. The manager honored his words and paid for the tire a month later. I recommend this place.
