Needed a battery change. Not only did the service arrive on time, JMD offered to check my engine codes as a courtesy to make sure there weren’t any other issues. Took time to explain everything as well. Definitely will be using their services in the future!

Amazing service! The were extremely busy but came out to repair the tire without any issues. The communication was excellent—they sent updates throughout the repair so I always knew what was happening. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the convenience alone was worth it. Reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend this mobile repair service!

Such a good experience. Came out to my house on a Saturday and fast too! Really professional , Knowledgeable and so easy to talk to and understand. He located the problem fast and performed multiple tests to be sure. I would Highly recommend! Thank you so much for coming out!

DO NOT BOOK THIS MECHANIC!!!!One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. I honestly tried to give him the benefit of the doubt regardless of the bad reviews but they weren’t wrong at all. I had asked him to come out on Sunday, February 15. He said he’d be here 8am which was shocking to me but he did end up coming by 10. Immediately he was complaining about the job I had him doing because my car was “worn”. It’s a 2013 Infiniti that looks like any other used car Ive seen and Im asking for all 6 of my spark plugs and ignition coils changed. I had the parts for him ready to go. I stayed while he did the job, again complaining the whole time about his job which made me a bit uncomfortable. Even got uncomfortable when he felt comfortable enough to tell me how he overcharges customers

My car was broken into tonight around 11:04. They tried to steal it, but thankfully JMD Mobile Mechanics came through and got me right. They even patched up my broken window from the theft so my car is secure for now. I really appreciate the quick help and professionalism. Definitely grateful for the fast service when I needed it.
