The process was seamless, the paperwork was handled perfectly, and the staff was super professional. I’ll be coming here for all my annual inspections from now on!

I had a horrible experience with Maryland State Inspection Station DBA Woodlawn Auto Repair. We brought our vehicle here only because they are listed as an in-network shop through our vehicle warranty. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. Our car sat there for days with no updates, no communication, and no progress. Every time my husband called, he was told someone would call him back—but no one ever did. When my husband finally went to pick the car up, there was visible damage to the paint that was definitely not there before. Avoid this place! I had a terrible experience here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. 1. Poor customer service: The front desk arrived late, didn’t greet me, and didn’t ask for any information when I arrived. That should’ve been my first red flag, but I needed a car inspection, so I stayed. 2. Dishonest inspection: They failed my car inspection, claiming my axles were leaking. When they showed me the “problem,” I couldn’t see any leak, and the explanation didn’t sound convincing. Something felt off, so I went to another shop for a second opinion — and my car passed the inspection with no issues at all. It’s frustrating to know that some places take advantage of customers and try to charge for repairs that aren’t needed. I feel bad for anyone who falls for this and ends up spending money
