I bought a used car from somewhere else and it had no issues until 3 days later. It started idleing badly and I just couldn't figure it out. I found this place on a Facebook post and I checked them out and saw the amazing reviews he got. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I brought it in to get it checked out and within 10 minutes found the problem and made 100 percent sure it was that problem. After the diagnosis he offered to take my car overnight and work on it the next day. He is so kind and really cares about his customers. He explained everything to me in details and got me the best prices for parts. His prices are very reasonable and it would have cost me so much more somewhere else. I can’t say enough good things about JNC and Raul, the owner. He swapped out my alternator the day after Christmas, right before a huge snowstorm, when most people would (and should) be home with their family. Instead, Raul stayed open hours longer than scheduled just to take care of my car, even though it wasn’t on his schedule and was very short notice. That level of dedication, integrity, and work ethic is rare these days. He didn’t have to help me—but he chose to. Because of him, my car was safe and reliable going into the storm. First time visiting this shop, just wanted oil change and I was very lucky , they found a broken part on the right wheel, if I dove the car without known that , I would have big chance to have a car accident. They order the part to be replaced . I definitely recommend this place
