Todd and his crew are top notch. Handled a Lead Frame replacement in my F150's transmission that was causing major shifting issues. In and out in 2 days. That is a hell of a turnaround. He also worked with me financially since I had triple bypass surgery and money was extremely tight at the time. This shop exceeded my expectations. From the start, they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The pricing was super fair, and they were honest about what needed to be done without trying to push unnecessary repairs. My 2012 Kia Optima was leaking oil (a bad gasket) onto the hot engine, causing a strong burning smell. Todd addressed that issue and gave the car a treatment to reduce the oil has been burning between oil changes. He also discovered damage to an outer tie rod that needed immediate attention. I was road tripping from Chicago for Thanksgiving and noticed my coolant was dark in color. I called Vogler's the day before Thanksgiving and they fit me in to their busy schedule and had a full coolant flush and oil change that day. I even received a first time customer discount which was a nice bonus. Their hourly labor rate is very reasonable and all prices are transparently explained on the final bill. These are stand-up people and you can patronize this business with confidence.
