Never wanted to visit this place, but the van lost all power and the alternator went on a Tuesday afternoon. They got us in and out in 3 hours with a new alternator and took care of the out of towners like we were locals. Just an honestly great garage. Thanks for the help. N

We were referred to them for a suspected transmission issue. They found a very minor issue instead and repaired it for MUCH less than we expected to be paying out. They were prompt, professional, and honest. Great place!

Very pleased with their service. I was a first time customer. I had gotten two recommendations to go there. Best thing was that they could take my minivan in only three days - other places were much slower to be able to help. Sometimes experience is everything.

I Started having vehicle trouble on a Sunday afternoon on the way home from an ice fishing trip. I called “Jocks” randomly after searching auto mechanics in the area. I live over 100 miles away and have never been to spooner WI in my life. He answered the phone on Sunday and said to drop the truck off (and I could park my trailer in his yard too) and he would do his best to squeeze it in his schedule Monday. I was able to pick the truck up Monday evening. The repairs were done right and for a reasonable price. When i showed up to pick it up he had the truck hooked back up to the trailer and ready to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to to bring my truck there anytime. THANK YOU!!
