Have appreciated the service personnel at Spooner location for years. Adequate supply for a small rural city. Generally can get needed parts within 48 hours, quite typically in 24 hours. We'll established supplier for most local mechanics.

We were greeted as we walked in, the store was clean and organized and they had lots of stuff. We got what we needed right away and were on our way quickly. The employees were super helpful too.

My alternator was going out and I limped it over to the O reillys in spooner and they were nothing but helpful, Matt, allowed me to borrow the tools necessary and helpful input in what to do 10/10

Absolutely amazing staff and super helpful! A female staff in the spooner wi store helped me today (didn’t catch her name) to find an item in her store that wasn’t even for a vehicle! Haha. I needed something to use for a pool pump and she dug and dug around until she found something that I could actually work with. I (and my kids!) appreciated her help today more than anything! Definitely 5/5 service!!

Dom provided awesome service. Needed a fuel filter for a 2002 f250 7.3 Also had to buy a 1 inch socket as this truck had no tools . That's ok. Now I have 6. All staff was very helpful.
