Scheduled an appointment with them on January 7, 2026. Dropped vehicle off around 8am January 6, 2026. Told them front end suspension has been squeaking really bad when driving, stopping & when turning the wheel when parked. Got a call at 2:54pm on Jan. 6th and they told me that the caliper covers that were installed by previous owner was rubbing on brake rotor and that was where the squeaking was coming from. I asked them then and there if they were 100% certain on their diagnosis, and they said yes. They said they found no issues when they conducted their suspension inspection on my vehicle and that the caliper covers were 100% the cause of my problem. They told me $150 to remove all 4 caliper covers and I agreed. 9:57am Jan. 7th I get another call. Vehicle will be ready in 20min. Ca

I went to get my alternator replaced, and they repaired whatever they wanted. They charged me a bill of $5,400.00, and the next day my car broke down because they hadn't even replaced my alternator. Good for them, they made a killing! This is my first $5,400 review, and I'm going to post pictures of their business so that other people in the neighborhood don't fall into their trap…………. Yes, fine, enjoy the money you've still taken from me. Here I can see that your 5-star reviews must be just from your family, and the 0-star reviews are from the real, genuine customers.

I had a really good experience! I spoke with Jason (I think that was his name) and he was very kind and professional. I know nothing about cars and he explained things well. I had several unexpected things that needed addressed on my vehicle that they took care of for me (even though I’m sure it was a lot more time than they had scheduled for me). Everything seemed very fairly priced. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
