Took our family van into Joe Cooper for a fairly complex warranty repair. Jacob was excellent at communicating status updates throughout the process and the shop did a great job on the repair in a timely manner. Much appreciated!

Went in today for my final Cooper Care oil change. I made an appointment and still wanted nearly 2 hours and they didn’t even wash my car.

The service department has room for improvement in terms of customer service and efficiency. While Samantha and Cody were friendly and professional, the overall process feels slow, particularly in diagnosing and completing repairs. A greater sense of urgency and faster turnaround times would significantly enhance the experience. I dropped off my vehicle last week for a repair and diagnosis, but after waiting all day, I had to leave due to work commitments. I brought it back on Wednesday, and it’s now been almost 24 hours with no clear update on the diagnosis, whether they have the necessary parts, or how long the repair will take. I know service centers often get a bad rap, but my experience here was fantastic. I went in for a normal oil change and tire rotation and it was super quick, only took about 30-45 minutes. We went over the other services that my vehicle still needs, but I wasn't pushed into doing them right away, which was also nice to not have to worry about someone pushing sales. Then the next day I noticed my vehicle was leaking oil and rushed back to the service center. Come to find out that there was a bad gasket from the oil change, but they were able to fix the issue with a new gasket. Not only did they fix the issue, they also cleaned up all the oil that had spilled into the engine area, they drove the vehicle around the block to make sure it wouldn't leak again, and they topped off my gas tank.
