Driving to work one morning, a deer struck the side of my vehicle and dented it pretty bad. Couldn't even open my driver door. After calling my insurance company, my next call was to Fran. Fran told me he'd take care of it like it was his own, so I know I was in good hands. Fran and his team have a passion for what they do and it shows. I couldn't have been more satisfied with how everything went. Jason was great at explaining everything to me during the entire process, and I received text messages daily about the progress too. Insurance sent me here after an accident. Took quite while for work to get finished. When I went to pick up the car, they would not allow me to write a check for the $500 deductible. This is a ridiculous policy for automobile service. I live two blocks away, and they have all my personal information.

After getting rear ended I went to several auto body shops with confusing answers and groups uncertain how to handle the insurance situation. Joe Diiorio's was excellent. They spent about an hour talking to me about the damage, how far they think it went in, caveats to things they can't see until they remove the bumper, safety features of my vehicle that might impact repair costs, and explained the repair process and insurance process in depth. They knew I had options for my repair and even for which insurance to go through and were careful to help guide me thoroughly. We had several phone calls during the repair to help get updates on the vehicle and they even got the car back to me 1 day early to help me drive it to an important family event.
