I had a really great experience with Joe’s Collision Center! Another shop told me my car couldn’t be fixed, but Joe’s proved them wrong. They not only repaired it, but made it look brand new again! Their customer service was outstanding, and the quality of work truly impressed me. I highly recommend Joe’s Collision Center — if you choose them, you’re in great hands. No stress, no worries — their team is incredibly talented and professional!

Staff was super polite; they coordinated my transportation for the duration I wouldn’t have my vehicle. They continuously updated me which made me feel good because I didn’t have to call them. They answered all of my questions effortlessly. They even got my vehicle to me the day they promised. Even with the snow storm it only took them a week to get my vehicle back to me.

They did a great job! They had me reconsidering keeping my car. I took it to the lot, to trade it in, right after I left. I believe I got what I wanted, on my trade in value, because of them, doing a good job on it and them washing my vehicle. I will be back, hopefully not but I love good customer service and they have great techs!

Repair shop did internal damage to my vehicle. Accepted liability did a terrible repair to fix it and make it right and refused to do the other after insulting me. Martin refused to properly repair the vehicle and would not release the requested information pertaining to my vehicle. Receptionist Alexandria, understood the situation but when it came time to do the right thing lacked integrity as did Martin. This shop operates with no moral compass and integrity.

I would give 10 stars if I could! David Warner was my advisor during my auto repair and was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the whole process! Not that I recommend getting in a car accident but if you have to go somewhere I highly recommend this collision shop, they did an amazing job with my car and kept me informed the entire time! Huge shoutout to everyone that helped make this process as seamless as possible, I am so grateful to have my car back in top shape!
