Highly recommended for not only their repair of my vehicle but also their customer service. Work was completed several days early and they dealt totally with my insurance company. They even coordinated the drop off of my rental with the rental company. Thanks for making a potentially stressful situation seamlessly simple and stress free!

Took the car in to have door replaced in January. Was given an appointment 7 weeks later, assuming the part would have been ordered in that time. Dropped it off on Feb. 10 as instructed. Got an automated text saying it'd be done Feb. 14. I asked if I should make arrangements to pick it up on that day, and was told they just got the part that morning. Another week later, I was told if nothing goes wrong, I could get it Friday. Never heard anything, so another weekend without my car went by; I really could have used it all the time they had it sitting in their parking lot. Communication was terrible, the work was fine except for some door paint on the door lock knob. Would not recommend.

Took a month to paint the top edge of the doors and painted the roof a different color on my Honda HR-V. Left black overspray on the white hatch door. They had every excuse for why it took so long. I called the district manager to get help getting my car finished, no help. The only person who helped was the person who gave the estimate.
