I came to Joe Hudson’s because I was an ex A&E customer and found they had sold to Joe Hudson. The work on my car took around 30 days a year ago. They did guarantee their work, so all was well. So I thought… I had to go back as the right front bumper had come loose. No problem, they were going to pop it back in. The bumper would not line up. They stated they would have to get back with the insurance company and ask for initial funds as the bumper they had put on my vehicle was not factory bought from Buick. My vehicle was brought back to them in August to fix this and it is now November. I am still waiting to hear from the service tech to bring my vehicle back in for the reinstall. I may not ever get this resolved but I can guarantee I won’t ever bring my vehicle back for any unr

My 2022 Tacoma was hit by another vehicle not paying attention. We called A&E Auto Body to handle the repair and they informed me they will talk with the insurance company on my behalf to get what I need, which were OEM parts since the truck was only 9 months old. Brittany is definitely as asset in your office as she offers great service and gives answers. I spoke with Michael a few times and he showed me the truck's progress, which was nice to see. Overall, it took 7 weeks from accident to finish truck and needless to say, I am very pleased with the work A&E did. My truck looks brand new again!

My Yukon was done getting fixed way earlier than I anticipated, but when I arrived to pick it up, there were marks all over the driver side which were wiped away. There was also white paint residue on my driver side taillight and he was able to to wipe that off, but then I realized there was damage to it that wasn’t there before. When I first dropped it off, they noted all unrelated damage, and the guy didn’t note that. I also have surveillance footage from my garage when I left that morning to drop it off showing no prior damage. At first he said that it was already there but after proving it wasn’t, they basically said they couldn’t fix it since my taillight is tinted and directed me to JC customs in winter haven. This place is awesome. They will work on your car as soon as they make sure that all paperwork is clear. The staff is very professional and their shop is extremely clean. I would recommend this shop to anyone. My car looks great!

Brought my TJ Jeep in for repairs, body & glass work , they did an outstanding job on it and kept me informed in a timely fashion on the progress. Very satisfied with the work would strongly recommend them!!!
