First time purchase years ago was ok , 2nd time not even a whole 2 months into this and now regretting dealing with them. Paid 160.00 for Dodge to put it on their computers to do a complete diagnostics of the 2011 Jeep Liberty meanwhile lights were on the Dash upon leaving the lot then erased by the mech or whoever he is there just to keep em off till it was already signed and money had been exchanged, Had an incident where the vehicle spun out at a RED light and ended up in oncoming traffic only to find out its steering angle sensor/clock spring & traction control module ... this could had ended up VERY badly and lives could had been lost very dangerous and now they want to say oh the dealership will tell you anything to get money um NO computers don't lie ! in fact when you have the per

I had an awesome experience buying a car at Wilson's. Very nice and professional team of employees who were very helpful and made a usually stressful car buying experience almost seamless!

Where do I start? To start off strong, Donna, the front desk lady, looks and sounds like she hates her existence on earth each time she spoke to me, phone or in person. She also didnt want to help me at all, she basically refused to leave her desk. Lazy and emotionless. Next, the main owners grandson took a photo of my ID, and gave me the keys to a car I was going to test drive. My mom was waiting in her car, and since there’s no accommodations available my mom was cooking in her car from heat due to no large waiting room and no shade trees, so she began to just drive around and wait till I come back from my test drive. Had a 2003 car last me 4 years and then a 2007 car last me 3 years at an affordable price. I also bought my dad a car from here and it's been going strong for a year so far. The cars aren't the best but you can find diamonds in the rough. Just make sure to test drive it and make sure it looks and feels fine. The cons I've personally experienced were them adding a GPS tracker on my first car, probably since I was financing it as a high school student. That led to my battery getting drained and dying constantly until a mechanic found the tracker. He told me it was illegal, but I get why it was done. Another con is they don't fix the back 2 windows if they don't work. For the best experience, buy with cash.
