I had the misfortune of being involved in two minor accidents within two months of each other after >20 years of being accident free, both incidents were not my fault. No structural issues due to the accidents, just cosmetic dents and bad paint. When working with my insurance they asked me what repair shop I preferred, I had no idea of a good or bad auto repair shop to use. They recommended Joe Hudson as a shop they guaranteed the work of, I said “OK”. I brought my car to the Joe Hudson and found the two ladies working in the front to be friendly, helpful and professional. I got my car back the following week and it looked great, very happy. I was very satisfied with the work done by Joe Hudson on my Subaru, they did a beautiful job. Customer service was also top notch, my advisor Joshua was very helpful and kept me well-informed about each step of the repairs. I would highly recommend this shop. I don’t have any photos of the vehicle before the work, but there was extensive damage to the left rear quarter panel, bumper, left rear wheel and a lot of damage under the vehicle and also rear drive train. The SUV looks like it had never been in an accident, and it drives like new. I have included pictures of the areas where there was visible damage before the repairs were done. Thank you, Joe Hudson!

The staff were friendly and communicative throughout my Infiniti's stay, which I appreciated. However, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the paint job on the front end. It doesn’t match the rest of the car and stands out in a way that’s hard for anyone in eyesight to ignore. It's a total eye sore. I followed their advice to let the paint cure in the sun for a couple of months without washing it, but even after that, the result looks off and poorly done. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship was severely under par.

I just picked up my baby - a mere THREE DAYS after dropping her off! Insurance listed several local body shops in their network, and I am so glad I went with Joe Hudson's. Got the car back like new and cleaner (both outside AND inside) than when I dropped her off. Shout-out to Glenda and Jodi for their patience with this dinosaur who couldn't respond to links sent automatically to my flip phone (yes, they still make them :) ), which meant I had to call and interrupt their day. I hope my baby doesn't need body work again, but if she does, I know where we're going!

Very satisfied with repair work on my Honda CRV. Joshua analyzed the damage, described the repairs needed, & communicated effectively & courteously throughout the repair process. Ashley at front desk was also very courteous & friendly. Pleasantly delighted at the outcome of the repairs.
