Picked this shop from reviews for an auto body repair after an accident while here for the winter. Glad we did. Zach and Susan were absolutely terrific! Zach was very knowledgeable and gave realistic expectations and exceeded them. He went above and beyond on our car, repairing even more than he had to, and explaining everything to us fully. He had it ready a couple days earlier than promised, and had it all done asked and cleaned to boot! Susan was also very pleasant and knowledgeable about the insurance process and able to get us updates whenever we needed. If we n ed any more work while in FL we will definitely go there. Thank you!

The customer service here is phenomenal. They handled everything with the insurance company and made dropping off my car and getting into a rental a breeze. My repairs look great and I appreciate the extra step of vacuuming my car. My most favorite thing that I must mention is when I got into my car, I noticed they organized my trinkets (hair clip, bubbles for traffic, toys etc) it really made me smile for the rest of the day and shows how much care and respect they have for their customers. 100% recommend!

Susan and Zach were absolutely amazing—professional, personable, timely, and excellent communicators. I always knew exactly what was going on with my car, which made the entire process stress-free. Even though this shop was the farthest from me, I’m so glad I chose them. My car looks incredible—flawless work and it was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. The work they did on my truck was amazing. It looks just like it before the accident. Their customer service is top notch. They remind me of how things used to be years ago when people actually cared about each other. I'll recommend them to everybody I know. Zach and Susan are a great team and wonderful people.
