Work was done correctly and paint looks good. Not happy with the communication and delays a service, not happy with them turning in completion forms of my vehicle. Before I'm able to pick it up, so they get paid. And my insurance company then closing my rental policy. And now I have to pay extra days because I was working. They were informed much prior to my ability to come pick up my vehicle, and their delays made me more late to leave for work out of state.And upon communication explaining that I will be back the following monday.They turned in their completion on friday before my return.Knowing that I could not come back and I needed the days because they were late and couldn't fix my car without shipping it off to a dealership.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of work from Joe Hudson's in Leesburg, FL. Progressive Insurance recommended this shop, but after 21 days of repairs, my vehicle was returned in unsafe and unfinished condition. A dealership inspection revealed that the shop welded together a two-piece exhaust system that should never have been welded, causing misalignment and noise. They also left under-body panels hanging and broken, failed to reinstall hardware, and left a wire hanging freely. The dealership had to undo and replace the poor repair work using proper OEM parts. This was not just sloppy -- it was incorrect, unsafe, and far below professional standards. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.

Thanks for the incompetent work. Your body guy couldn't reinstall the mirror harness in the correct location 4 inches to the right, in the factory clip, in the factory location. So it prevented the window from going all the way down and almost cut through the wire harness. How about the fresh scratches down to the BASECOAT from the side of the DA sander on the opposite side of the car? Or the scratches on the passenger side door handle that still has the rubbing compound on it! All of it is pretty clearly visible in the pics. This shop is incompetent at best and I will be filing complaints at all the relevant agencies. Including my insurance company. If this is the quality of work you put out, you should be ashamed. This should be the only review you need 🤷

I bought my truck brand new in Feb of 2022. Less than 5 months old when i brought it in for repairs. Was very skeptical and worried about my truck looking "brand new" after repairs. I was pleasantly shocked and happy that it did turn out like it was never hit. Excellent work. From drop off to picking up my truck, 4 days! Excellent service! Will recommend dom's autobody shop to anyone that needs repairs.

Car was finished on time. Only minor issue is a replacement fog light does not match . Original was chrome and replacement is black. Other than that they did a good job.
