Vehichle took over 3 weeks for it to be returned to replace a bumper, which wouldn’t be bad if they kept me better updated. They sent a text saying everything would be done and time then the day of pick up said it would be done 4 days later, then again on the day of pick up nothing sent and my insurance agent called me with an update that they hadn’t even gotten the bumper. When I finally got it back to there were several issues including a large scratch across the bumper and other small blemishes, but I’m just going to deal with it instead of waiting any longer.

Daniel is an excellent serviceman. He walked me through the entire process before the repairs began and kept me updated every step of the way. I truly appreciate the time, care, and attention that went into repairing my car. I highly recommend Joe Hudson’s for any auto repair needs.

Poor communication, terrible work done, no sense of urgency. Parts were reordered several times and 2.5 weeks later when they did arrive no urgency to get vehicle completed. Just got my truck today and going to take it back on Monday morning for them to fix what they missed and did wrong. Rim not replaced Driver door doesn’t align Scratches in passenger door Window auto switch not working If Blake is your service advisor, take it somewhere else.

They not only did my repairs on my car but they also detailed my car previous to picking it up. I am so grateful for that. I appreciate them so much.

Very pleased with the customer service all around, liked the prompt communication and updates from Blake about the repairs of my vehicle. Would recommend and use again 10 out of 10!
