If I could give 10 stars I would. The folks here are amazing. The customer service is on point. Professionalism was off the chain. The work they did on my car was spectacular. The body work was so professional. With an added plus, the detail on my entire car inside and out made 2015 Highlander look like new again. If anyone on these reviews state they left the car dirty, ii is a false review. Don’t believe it. Thank you Joe Hudson. I a, so glad I chose you to fix my car.

A great experience was had at JH following an accident where another driver backed into my vehicle while it was parked outside of a restaurant we were dining at. They repaired my car to good as new, it was timely, they were courteous & profesh. They communicated well with status updates. And it was cleaned on the inside when I got it back too! AAA+ Experience!!

repairs wasn't done correct the first time. took it back for corrections and I was still extremely dissatisfied. Take photos of your entire vehicle before taking it to the repair shop. Just in case the shop isn't careful and add scratches and dents that wasn't there before repairs. I have images of the inside of my vehicle.
